Assistant manager of air spring

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall management of the daily work of air spring R&D department, R&D team construction and management, and talent echelon construction;

2, responsible for leading the team to design, experiment, vehicle adjustment and improvement of air spring according to the requirements of passenger cars;

3. Jointly develop product quality standards for air spring, shock absorber and suspension system with quality team;

4, responsible for air spring reliability testing, analysis and continuous improvement;

5, responsible for the joint development of parts with parts suppliers, clear technical requirements, inspection standards, and the first approval;

6. Other work assigned by superior leaders.

Job Requirements:

1, Bachelor degree or above, mechanical, vehicle major, more than 3 years of passenger car air spring product development experience, more than 8 years of research and development experience, with automotive rear assembly market experience is preferred, familiar with shock absorber developers is preferred, with more than 3 years of team management experience;

2, have a deep understanding of the material, manufacturing process, surface treatment, assembly size of the air spring components, and have the ability to independently develop products;

3, familiar with 3D and 2D drawing software, familiar with PPAP process, familiar with DFMEA, PFMEA and BOM preparation and update.
