PQE Engineer

Job requirements:

1. Preparation and improvement of PFMEA and CP.

2. Collected and analyzed quality data and improved yield after product volume transfer, analyzed and improved problem points, and continued to improve.

3. Preparation and maintenance of inspection standard documents and training of inspection personnel.

4, process capability analysis and cpk data output, promote process audit and product audit and report output.

5. More than 3 years working experience in similar position in automotive industry.

6, familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3.

7, skilled use of SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP five tools.

8. Experience in (automotive) compressor industry is preferred.

Job responsibilities:

Receive customer complaints, decompose problems to PQE, SQE, DQE to deal with customer complaints, and quickly promote the implementation of long-term measures through quality tools such as 8D and 5WHY on the basis of customer complaint resolution. Update PFMEA, control plan, inspection instructions after sales defective products Receiving, statistics, claims processing after sales market defective products disassembly, analysis, testing, determination of problems internal promotion of problem improvement, breakdown of problems to PQE, SQE, DQE NTF no fault processing, follow-up, exchange products with customers according to agreement Statistics of external quality loss costs, analysis of improvement measures to drive failure costs and reduce quality costs Collect quality standards of key customers and make comparative analysis; Implement its standards in R&D prototype approval and PPQP, manufacturing quality and supplier parts; Participate in process audit and product audit.
