Process engineer

Job responsibilities:

1, responsible for production process management, production process team personnel training, daily management;

2, responsible for the formulation and implementation of product technical standards, operational standards, etc. 5 table 1 related documents preparation review;

3. Responsible for new product process development and trial production follow-up, participate in the organization, coordination and follow-up of new product design, trial production, trial production and mass production, and participate in solving technical problems arising in the development process;

4. Improve product quality and reduce consumption cost by strengthening and improving process management system and process parameter setting;

5, tooling design and simple automation equipment design, automatic production line project development and introduction, equipment selection and acceptance;

6. Other work assigned by superior leaders.

Job Requirements:

1, Bachelor degree or above, automation, mechanical manufacturing related major, more than 3 years of motor, automotive air suspension parts industry production process experience;

2, have a certain production process team management experience, master the line body, equipment and design and management knowledge, can carry out the line body design and program improvement;

3, master CAD drawing, office software, etc., and be able to use it flexibly;
