Solenoid valve R & D engineer

Job responsibilities:

1, responsible for coordinating the solenoid valve research and development management, team building, talent echelon construction;

2. Responsible for leading the team to conduct technical research, program design (electromagnetic simulation, fluid simulation, structure simulation) and sample analysis of solenoid valves (including liquid valves and air valves);

3, responsible for product drawing output, sample assembly, test plan and test report preparation, problem analysis (DFMEA), technical cost reduction and early cost control;

4. Responsible for designing product schemes according to customer requirements, formulating parameters, drawing and proofing, testing and completing design tasks;

5, responsible for the processing and molding of solenoid valve products (sheet metal, injection molding, machine addition, die casting, etc.), post-treatment (anode 20 oxidation, nitriding, electroplating, heat treatment, etc.) and assembly process design, including sample, trial production, mass production stage process documentation;

6. Other work assigned by superior leaders.

Job Requirements:

1, Bachelor degree or above, mechanical, vehicle major, more than 5 years of solenoid valve product research and development experience, familiar with automotive solenoid valve experience is preferred;

2, proficient in electromagnetic structure design, electromagnetic compatibility design and simulation, fluid control structure design and simulation, with the ability to independently develop products;

3, skilled use of 3D, 2D drawing software, skilled use of APQP, PPAP, FMEA (D) project development experience is preferred.
