Air spring development engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for project development and design, independently responsible for the business of a certain sector, and responsible for the results;

2. Design, experiment, vehicle adjustment and improvement of air suspension for passenger cars;

3. Responsible for reliability testing, analysis and continuous improvement of air spring;

4, responsible for assisting the project leader and parts suppliers to jointly develop parts, clear technical requirements, inspection standards, and approval of the first piece;

5. Other work assigned by superior leaders.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery or vehicle, more than 2 years experience in research and development of passenger car suspension products, experience in automotive rear assembly market is preferred;

2, have a deep understanding of the material, manufacturing process, surface treatment, assembly size and other components of the air spring;

3, familiar with 3D and 2D drawing software, familiar with PPAP process, familiar with DFMEA, PFMEA and BOM preparation and update.
